Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)
This agreement aims to define the terms and conditions of the service contract between BotTrade (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and its members.

Article 2 (Effectiveness and Amendment of the Agreement)
1. This agreement becomes effective upon the member's registration for the service.
2. The Company reserves the right to amend the agreement when necessary, and any changes will be notified through the Company's website. If a member does not agree to the amended agreement, they may terminate the service contract by discontinuing the use of the service.

Article 3 (Definitions)
The terms used in this agreement are defined as follows:
1. Member: Refers to an individual who agrees to this agreement and utilizes the services provided by the Company.
2. Service: Refers to the BotTrade service provided by the Company.

Chapter 2: Service Usage

Article 4 (Service Application)
1. Individuals who wish to become members and use the service must provide the information requested by the Company.
2. Members must ensure that the provided information is accurate and up-to-date, and they should promptly update any changes.

Article 5 (Service Usage)
1. Members must comply with this agreement and relevant laws when utilizing the BotTrade service.
2. Members must not engage in unauthorized use of the BotTrade service or actions that may cause harm to others.
3. Members must not use the BotTrade service to obtain information for commercial purposes or disclose it to third parties.

Article 6 (Suspension and Restriction of Service Provision)
1. BotTrade may suspend or restrict the provision of the service under the following circumstances:
   - Technical reasons necessitating the interruption of the service
   - Member's violation of the agreement or relevant laws
   - Member's service usage that may cause harm to the Company or other members
   - Requests from government or related agencies
2. BotTrade may suspend or restrict the provision of the service after providing prior notice when reasonable grounds exist.

Chapter 3: Contract Termination

Article 7 (Contract Termination)
1. Members may terminate the service contract at any time.
2. BotTrade may terminate the service contract without prior notice if a member violates the agreement.

Article 8 (Rights and Obligations upon Contract Termination)
1. Upon contract termination, members' rights and obligations regarding service usage are simultaneously terminated.
2. Even after contract termination, matters such as the protection of personal information will be maintained according to the agreement.

Supplementary Provisions

Article 1 (Effective Date)
This agreement becomes effective from (date of announcement).

Article 2 (Miscellaneous)
Any matters not specified in this agreement or the interpretation of this agreement shall be governed by relevant laws and BotTrade's policies.
